It should be another beautiful fall weekend here in Fargo-Moorhead, and another great couple days to rake the yard and clean the gutters … and, of course, get out and sample the meats of our cultural stew.
If you didn’t get out to Paul Miller’s (aka DJ Spooky) talk last night at Barry Hall (above), you missed some cool performances and a multimedia talk by one of the country’s most cutting-edge artists/theorists. Don’t fret, though; Spooky will headline tomorrow night’s FRESH: a hip-hop and graffiti festival at Plains Art Museum. Also–in true Spooky fashion–we “remixed” some of his talks over at our Storify page, so give those a look-see.
