Microsoft and The Arts Partnership (TAP) are seeking up to 15 2-D visual artists to submit their artwork for sale in an October art silent auction to be held on the campus of Microsoft in Fargo, ND.
Selected Artists will receive 100% of the proceeds of the silent auction purchase price of their art. Artist’s name and title of artwork will appear next to the piece of art in its placement at Microsoft, and selected artists will be invited to give a brief artist’s talk at the closing reception (see more information below).
This program is intended to highlight, encourage and promote Metro artists by giving them the opportunity to present their artwork to the employees of the Fargo Microsoft campus.
All artists who submit, regardless of being selected or not, will be invited to attend the closing reception at Microsoft on October 24th from 3:30-5:30 pm to meet the purchasers of the art, interact with other Microsoft employees and go on a guided tour of a portion of Microsoft’s significant art collection.
How to Submit
Fill out the form below, which includes up to 3 different high-resolution (300 dpi) jpg, pdf, or ai files of your artworks. Your artwork can be any 2-D medium: drawing, photography, collage, painting, graphic design, printmaking, etc. Pieces should range between $100-$250 in value. Artwork cannot exceed 3’x4′ in size. Please read each question carefully and fill it out completely. We will not accept art that does not have a price attached to it.
All application materials must be received electronically by noon on Monday, September 16th, 2019.
