This class meets weekly on Tuesdays
In this class we will explore the deeper meaning of ‘relaxation,’ what it does for the body, and how to do it.
For the relaxation practice, we will lie down and guide our awareness through the body, from head to toe, in a way that has been shown to ease tension, reduce pain and bring about a sense of physical well being.
Come in comfortable clothing, bring a notebook and pen if you wish.
Nate Hanson, inspired by his experience with obtaining his black belt in Tae Kwon Do at age 16, decided to expand his studies into kung fu, tai chi, yoga, and dance. In 2016 he became a Certified Structural Integrator and attained a license from the North Dakota Board of Therapeutic Massage. Nate’s goal is to provide resources and support to those interested in exploring the relationship of posture, coordination, and relaxation.
This class will be observing social distancing protocols. Class size is limited. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 701-237-0230 to register.
