The third annual North Dakota Human Rights Arts Festival will host a special screening of experimental and animated films at the Historic Fargo Theatre on display Thursday, February 20. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the film series begins at 7. The film series features films and animated works exploring perspectives of human rights, civil right or social justice.
The event is free and open to the public with a suggested good-will donation to the Human Family. The Fargo Theatre is ADA accessible.

Local filmmaker Oscar De Leon will be on hand to screen his film “Eviction” and to talk a little about it.
