Quilters’ Guild of North Dakota Workshop “Quilting on a Domestic Machine”

Do the words “quilt as desired” scare you? Well, this is the class for you. Clem will share some fun and easy tips and tricks as well as great quilting designs for your own projects. The full day class covers the whole process from basting to quilting. IN the morning we will cover the basics of batting choices and straight-line quilting. In the afternoon it’s free motion quilting fun.

Supplies: Bring your machine (must be able to drop feed dogs) and manual, a walking foot, and free motion foot (also called darning foot) as well as basic supplies including fabric scissors, and light and dark thread. Optional: Machine quilting gloves Supreme Slider quilting mat for free motion, marking tools and rulers. Other supplies included with fee.
