Plants for Patients Clay Class at Plains Art Museum
August 15 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm$10 – $20
Let’s play with some clay and dig-in to our creativity!
Each patient at the Red River Women’s Clinic has the option to leave with a small plant in a handmade pot and a note of compassion from community members like you — a simple gesture of, “you are loved”, and certainly not alone.
Join us in creating these pots!
This is a one-night class held at the Katherine Kilbourne Center for Creativity at the Plains Art Museum. ALL skill levels are welcome! We will be using a mixture of techniques to design 4-6 planters, and you get to keep your favorite one! The others will be donated to Plants for Patients, a pro-compassion organization that supports patients at the Red River Women’s Clinic.
Grab a friend or come solo, and let’s use our creativity to spread compassion 🌿
Class type: Textured Tripod Pots. Good for ages 5+
Ticket sales end August 13th at 5pm. All proceeds donated to Plants for Patients. Get your tickets here!
