Call for Artists: 2019 Downtown Fargo Street Fair — Early Bird Deadline February 14

The 2019 Downtown Fargo Street Fair will take place Thursday, July 18th through Saturday, July 20th.

Downtown Fargo Street Fair Deadlines

  • This is a juried street fair, not all applicants will be accepted.
  • January 14th – February 14th Early Bird Application Open
  • February 15th – March 1st Late Registration Allowed With A $35 Late Fee
  • February 14th – March 1st Applicants Will Be Notified If They Have Been Accepted On A Rolling Basis.
  • February 14th – February 28th Applicants Will Be Notified If They Have Been Waitlisted On A Rolling Basis.
  • March 1st Waitlisted Applicants Will Be Notified If They Have Been Accepted Or Denied
  • ALL VENDORS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY MAY 31, 2019

Artist and Crafters

The “Art & Craft” area at the Downtown Fargo Street Fair is where vendors offer products that are handmade/crafted by the vendor.
Single Booth (10’ x 10’) [$350]

Single Booth with a corner [$400]

Side-by-Side (10’ x 20’) [$700]

Side-by-Side with a corner [$750]

Walk-Thru (no corner 10’ x 20’) [$700]

Double Corners [$800]

Electricity (Optional) [$200]

Non Refundable Cleaning Fee [$25]

Marketplace

The “Marketplace” is an area at the Downtown Fargo Street Fair where vendors offer products that are not necessarily art or craft items and may not be handcrafted by the vendor.

Single Booth (10’ x 10’) [$350]

Side-by-Side (10’ x 20’) [$700]

Side-by-Side with a corner (10’ x 20’)  [$750]

Local Block

This unique area will feature local makers, artist, and crafters from the Fargo-Moorhead and surrounding cities. Vendors will be accepted that are located within a 50 mile radius of Fargo-Moorhead.

Food Vendor

The “Food Court” is an area at the Downtown Fargo Street Fair where vendors offer ready to eat products.

Frontage Feet (Serving Side): [10 foot minimum] ____ feet x [$50] = Booth Fee

Non Refundable Cleaning Fee [$75]

Grease Fee [$35] (if you use the onsite grease receptacle)

Electricity [$400]

Alcohol Vendor

A limited number of vendors will be selected to participate in the 2019 Downtown Fargo Street Fair.

Premium Booth (10’ x 10’) Located near the stage on 2nd Ave N. [$2000]
