Let’s talk about ArtWORKS, a program from The Arts Partnership that exhibits local art in a range of spaces.
We snuck into Nichole’s before they opened to shoot our live video where Tania Blanich, TAP’s Director of Operations, discusses our various locations throughout the area, from eateries to dental offices, the Fargo Airport and Choice Bank to name a few. ArtWORKS has exhibits in Fargo, Moorhead and West Fargo, bringing local art to people and places outside of a traditional gallery format.
Greeted by the sight of local art, employees and guests alike have a heightened sense of place.
“It’s a really wonderful feeling to know that we’re doing something that impacts their daily lives,” says Tania Blanich during our Facebook Live video from today – Thursday, Oct 8.
We’re going live every day this week to promote our programs, to let you know how we #supportlocalart and get the word out about Salon Party – a virtual presentation of art, music and conversation.
“I’m a fan of art going up in non-traditional spaces and traditional spaces. More art makes the community more interesting,” Miller commented.

Take a breath, slow down, and explore downtown Fargo with your camera. Photography provides an awesome frame for evaluating light, shadow, and form. This small group in-person outing will allow for social distancing.
Open to all photographers of all levels, including beginners and hobbyists. Bring your favorite digital device, wear comfortable shoes, and dress appropriately for the weather. Class will meet at Plains Art Museum at the beginning of the session, break out into groups, and meet again.
Generous support for this project provided by Art Bridges

It’s a lovey color assortment in a studio sink! It’s clean-up season in the studios. Does anyone else agree there is something oh so pleasant about doing mundane tasks on a May afternoon. #supportlocalart #color #artsink #colors #fargo #northdakota #annarbormiller
